We are focused on the fundamentals!

What we will not do:

• We are not going to come in and tell you how to run your business.  You and your associates are your business experts.
  
• We are not an HR company and will not get involved in making hiring and firing decisions.  ~95% of employees will do a good job in the right environment.  That being said, it is every employees responsibility to show up on time with a good attitude and committed to accomplishing your business objectives.
  
• We are not going to build dependency. It's a 90 day commitment with an optional one-time calibration review six months afterwards.  During the initial assessment, we will agree on what support you are asking for, and will focus on assisting when and where you need assistance.
